Energy is living and flowing in everything. Life happens and our energy flow gets gunked up. Doing Energy Sessions I tune into your energy and see where and what may be blocking your natural flow.
I walk you through calming breath work and guided visualization to help you get grounded and in a meditative state. I then tune into your energy and see where there may be blockages or stagnancy within your body and energy field.
Sessions are $120 for an hour

Using muscle testing and intuition I tap into areas of stuck energy and pinpoint which emotion is stuck and the root cause. Using talk through and guided visualization I help you release these trapped emotions in an empowering way.
I walk you through breathwork and guided visualization to ground and get you into a meditative state; from there connect to your energy and and see where trapped emotions are located and muscle test  to pin point which emotion is there.  Typically I will only do 3-4 emotions in a session. Emotional Clearing sessions are finished with brief energy work and grounding.
Sessions are an hour in length for $135

We all have trauma and programming from childhood to some extent. Creating a healthy relationship with your inner child can change how you relate to yourself and world around you, moving through and processing difficult memories in a new way.  
I walk you through breath work and visualization to ground and center you. I guide you through the memory that your subconscious brings you to. I have you see your present self there and connect in a loving, supportive playful way. Guided Inner Child Sessions are completed with brief Energy work and grounding.

Guided Inner Child Sessions are an hour for $135 or hour and a half for $150
